I am currently producing cabinets with pilot holes and applied backs.  In the default setting in Microvellum i only get pilot holes on the top and bottom of the back which would have screws placed into the bottom edge & the top stretcher/upper top edge.  I get no pilot holes along the gable edges.  

How do i add a Global Machining Token so that all applied backs receive pilots holes on all four edges?
