How do you handle Diewall Rear Elevations?

I dont know what the easy solution is, but how do you wall take your elevations of a die wall? I know the "front" view is easy enough from 2d Draw Elevation, but how do you all manage to get an elevation of the reverse side. Is there an easy setting for that?

Currently I've just been creating a ViewBase for the rear elevation (also taking my horizontal section this way).

Curious what others have been doing or if there is a correct way through the commands/prompts
