How to assign certain parts to Oversized Sheets when processing?

Sometimes we might batch a Full Height end panel on with our base cabinets. Usually we order an oversized sheet for a full height panel, but I dont want any of the base cabinets to use it up instead of nesting the end panel first. How do i get it to sort which needs to go where when processing?
