How to edit text notes on 2d or 3d plans? Also how to render 3d after we design is completed?

I feel like micro vellum does not really show the finish of the joinery as clear and 3d as what I see on other people's very simple and cheap programs which you can't even compare with Micro vellum.

I just want the real finish which my clients request as they cannot visual like us.
