How To Export DWG to XML?

I'm wondering how I can export my drawing file to an XML file?

My goal is to;

Export my .dwg to an XML
Send the XML to someone
They import the XML into Microvellum
All the 3D cabinet models and walls are drawn in the same locations that I had in my original dwg.

I know I could send them the dwg file and call it a day, but we're trying to figure something out and would love to know more about XML files and how they're generated.
