How to Permanently Change Grain_Matching_Identifier?

The way we sometimes number our products results in the Grain Matching Identifier using the same digits of, say, an entire room instead of for each individual product (eg, #123.01, 123.02, 123.03, etc. all get ID'd as "123"). When it comes time to process and nest, MV tries to fit all these parts in a long row to match the grain and of course I get the 'part too big' error.

I will typically go in and change Grain_Matching_Identifier from "...LEFT(ITEMNUMBER, 3)..." to LEFT(ITEMNUMBER, 6) so MV will now use 6 digits instead of the standard 3 as the Grain Matching ID. So my parts 123.01 will be ID'd as 123.01 and so on.

Problem is, I cannot find this setting to make a universal change to the Library so I can avoid doing this individually over and over again. When I go into the Workbook Designer when the cabinet is in my project, it only shows prompts for that cabinet. I feel like it's here somewhere but I can't seem to locate it.
