I have a cabinet with a waste bin pull out but the model is not available in BSB and there is no option to choose "none".  Currently there are pre-drill holes in the model for the default waste bin but I don't need them.  How can it be removed so we can install the right model manually on site?

I've tried using the "Draw Part in 2D" to delete the holes but they won't go away. See image below.
