INNERGY peAk Classroom Training: Microvellum Subassemblies

Hello MV Community! I'm running an upcoming peAk classroom training and wanted to get it on your radar.

We're covering everything subassemblies, top to bottom. Subassemblies are core to how Microvellum works, and the better you understand how the libraries use them, the more you can push your engineering automation. That understanding is what turns Microvellum from a tool into a real automation engine.

Two identical sessions are scheduled so you can pick the one that fits your time zone:

Session 1 (AU/NZ)
Tuesday, June 23, 2026, 9:00 to 10:00 AM AEST (Sydney)
= Monday, June 22, 4:00 to 5:00 PM PDT (Los Angeles)

Session 2 (USA)
Tuesday, June 23, 2026, 10:00 to 11:00 AM CDT (Chicago)
= 8:00 to 9:00 AM PDT (Los Angeles)

Each session runs about an hour. After the presentation, I'll stay on the call to answer your questions. Hope to see you there!

Below are the points I'll walk through:

  1. Introduction
  2. What is a subassembly?
  3. What is a nested subassembly?
  4. How subassemblies have evolved over the years
  5. Assigning subassemblies to products
  6. Accessing subassembly prompts
  7. Subassembly save levels
  8. A tour of the Subassembly Library
  9. The various types of subassemblies
  10. When to make a new sub vs. reusing an existing one
  11. The Prompt Values feature
  12. Building your own subassemblies so they survive updates
  13. Conclusion
