Inset shaker cabinets not drawing top drawer front

I have searched and searched and can't figure out what the problem is. I am sure it is a setting somewhere that I need to change. Ideally I want the top drawer front to be a slab and not shaker above the rail. When I do check the checkbox for top drawer front slab it deletes the drawer front below the rail..
