Is it possible to have product description show up in the Product Name? 

Example - I have a generic product called "S4S" but would like to be more specific at times.  I would want a text field so I could add in something like "Island Apron"  and the Product Name would become "S4S Island Apron".  I know if can be down with If, than statements and even a combo list.  Just not sure about a text field.
