Is there a way get all Template level component options to show up when we start a new project?

Based on the last paragraph of this article it seems like this might not be an option.  But as we are trying to get things setup we think it would be good to have this available.

We are working on setting up different cabinet lines where there are 2 interior options, as well as 2 exterior options that can be combined for 4 different combinations of cabinet interior/exterior.   Currently I think we will have 4 different lines of cabinets all with these combinations available.  It makes for a lot of template level components as well as specification groups to create and setup.

Exterior: Stain / Paint

Interior: Matching Exterior / Pre-Finished Clear

Our Plan was to setup the template level components (on the right) but then only setup 1 version of the cabinet line as the specification group in the template. Then we would “push” the template components as need to build the correct combination.  In doing this we have just noticed that the “unused or non-assigned” template level component files don’t show up when creating a new job.  We can manually add them to the job but that doesn’t make sense in our environment.

The main thing is that the materials and their thicknesses change between the different line of cabinets.  So, setting up 1 or 2 template level components and then changing materials etc. per job doesn’t make sense.  They are also using multiple of the different cabinet lines per job; so we would need to copy and create different “colors” based on the job specs.
