Is there a way to conditionally toggle a point on or off using an IF statement inside of a SINGLE vectors formula?

Is there a way to formulate a point to be either ON or OFF inside of a single VECTORS formula, using an IF statement, without needing any "|"& string stuff?

In my testing so far, I was able to do so if I had 2 points and was only wanting to toggle between them, but I haven't figured it out for when I had a point that may or may not need to be included.

Below is the example I tried, where I was able to do so if the IF resulted in TRUE but not FALSE, because then it tried to use "" as the 3rd point, which doesn't work.  I don't know if there's some other way to dead end the formula if the result is FALSE?
