Issues with drilling direction when using Solid Model Analyzer

Running into issues when it comes to thru hole drilling while using the Solid Model Analyzer.  When a thru hole is located inside a dado, it causes the drilling operation to happen from the opposite side causing a two step machining process.  A thru hole on the face of the material operates just fine.  Below was just a quick example.  All holes within  the dadoes are red indicating machining from the backside.  The random holes in the middle of the part were created with the very same feature yet are machining from the face.  The part was created in SolidWorks.  I did a test and noticed that if I had holes in the dadoes that weren't thru holes, they were just ignored.
