I am experiencing this error. What I did was, "Add New Empty Product", then "Part Properties". The I tried to type in a name for a new part and this error was thrown. I did some messing around with "LAYERON" and "LAYEROFF" this morning and now the error. Yesterday I performed these functions without any error.

 I submitted a ticket, but am also asking here for any help. Thanks
