Keku clip issues with machining

We are trying to implement Keku clips into these cabinets. We've done well before with the ADA ones but when he tries to put in the clips on this one, the machining for the holes disappears on one of the axises (or axi?). Could someone please give me a suggestion on where to look for a solution to this? TIA!
