Large Work Orders

Trying to get some opinions on this and not really go to a sales rep yet since they are just going to say "Yes it works".

I am a long time MV user and with that I know it takes a long time to produce a work order from a room that has over 200 products then to process that work order is another headache.

I am currently talking to a new company that is interested in MV and they are projecting 2000 cabinets a day. I am nervous to suggest MV is their solution. 

Would the Server Work Order Creation/Processing help? We can't afford to wait around. I would just go to 20/20 if there isn't a solution for it.

My own shop we use Cut Rite and the slowest part is still MV sending parts to Cut Rite. 

So, in general. How do you larger shops run these huge runs without lag? I just don't have experience with the server side.
