Does anyone know how to modify what layers parts/hardware are assigned to?

Example - handles, hinges and leveling legs are currently assigned to 3D_HRW

We'd like to separate them in our library into different layers such as 3D_HDL (Handles), 3D_HNG (Hinge) and 3D_LEG (Leveling legs)

We'd use the same naming convention for handles, hinges and leveling legs currently assigned to 2D_HRW.
