Layer Separate from FP/Elev/Open

Currently the Floorplan and Elevation fall on the same layer. Placing on separate layers would allows for different linetype, colors, weights. The Open cabinets all fall on the same Finish# layer, so the FP/elev are the same, but also doesn't delineate Upper/Base/Tall
