Every time I try running these arc cuts, the part is cut as if the first few line segments are a lead-in and the only full depth cut is the last line segment.  Everything looks correct in the nest.  The parts have a designated lead-in just like any other part. 

I've put in a ticket, but I am hoping someone might have a direction to point me in.
