Library Designer - Adding a prompt across multiple products

I want to add two new prompts to multiple products that already have other similar prompts. I've added the new prompts to our Globals and in the Subassemblies, it would be helpful to have them on a local level.
I need help understanding the steps to do this in Library Designer. I can't wrap my head around adding a prompt and inserting it below another prompt across multiple products.
