Library Designer - Show list of Parts/Products/Subs that don't use item

When I am working in Library Designer, it would be nice to see the inverse of the things that don't use the item I'm looking at.

For example:

I have a prompt "Full_Top" in a lot of products that are all the same formula
There are a few custom products that have been saved to the Library with "Full_Top" set to a hard-coded value
When I select that prompt in a normal product, I see the list of the other products that have the same value... but I don' t see that there are a few products that have different values for that same prompt.

I would love to see a check-box to flip the "using this item" to "with different values" for Parts, Products and Subassemblies
