I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction on how to change the number of holes in the base end panels in my pic? I need 21 holes centered up/down. I am guessing that the number of holes it is making has something to do with the location of the rail that I have circled. I need 21 holes whether that rail is there or not.

   I can find all the data for the holes, but have no idea where to change it where I won't mess something up. And the formula shown is way way beyond me. I only have around 40 hrs of MV training so far.
