Lock hole routing [Toilet Partitioning]

HI All.

I have hardship with Partition door lock drilling. I just tried to use the default setting, but it looks doesn't right. 

it is not i have attached 3D with Bsuit. ad my nesting file image. How i can fix this issue and how i can initially change routing or pocketing with snailing into it?
