Looking for help with Custom Prompts to be added to a report

Hi,

I've been trying to add some unique prompt values to some reports but they always result in blank or 0.  I checked the Master Class and added relations.  I'm following similar steps that I took to add Global Values which work great, but the Product Prompt doesn't seem to work the same way.

If anyone has any insight that would be greatly appreciated.
