We're cutting a bunch of dowelled cabinet parts on 27.9mm material and keep getting machine collision warnings at the CNC (Morbidelli N100) which appear to be depth-related. I've narrowed it down to two vertical drill bits (5mm and 8mm) and can get the drills to operate without warnings when decreasing the depth incrementally. Toolfile in Microvellum reveals nothing out of the ordinary. Toolfile on the CNC shows plenty of clearance for these bits so it's a bit of a mystery as to why we are getting these errors. 

Is there anything else to check in MV that might tell me what's going on or is this strictly a CNC issue?
