Machining

Hi,

I just wanted to find out if anyone else is having problems with Blum Legrabox bottoms pocket cut outs, and what you may have done to work around the problem. The machining pattern has been changed for a pocket cut out in the new foundation library, and what's happening is, its routering out the pocket, but the last run of the material that needs to be cut away, which is about 6mm wide, just breaks away when trying to cut though it. The bits that break away are too big to be sucked up the extractor and some of them land on the back fence of our CNC. Then when a sheet is automatically loaded, the bits of broken off material will get stuck under the new sheet and that stuffs up the whole sheet as it is not sucked down. we did not have the problem with how it cut out in the old Library. Also have tried bigger cutters, but bigger cutters need more space between parts which we don't want to do. we use a 9.5mm tool usually, and have also tried 15.5 tool and that would be our max size without moving parts further away from each other, but that also breaks bits off too. I have attached two pics, 1st one being new Library and 2nd one Old. Thanks.
