machining codes are being recycled and reused overwriting previous files created

has anyone that uses stiles/homag machines had this happen to them when they process work orders. the .mpr machining codes are being reused over and over again creating previous versions of the code. the first code is the current code for a brand new work order under a completely different projects as you can see this code continues to be recycled as we process different work orders this overwrites the data each time. so our labels show the part from the project but when the barcode is scanned into the machine it comes up differently. is there a setting or checkbox to turn this off? or is it something linked globally deep into the spreadsheets of microvellum
