We have our backs to be -1/16 in both height and width, and placed +1/32 in the x and z, creating a 1/32 reveal all the way around. Dado & Screw is our deffault construction method.

When its a full H and W back, the machining shows. Once i resize the part and adjust the location, the machining disapears, but only at the end panels. Tops and Bottoms still have the pilot holes.

is there something in the formula turning it off that can be removed?

How do i keep the size change and all the machining?
