Machining for file bars

For our file drawers, we run small routes in the front & back of the drawer that holds the file bar in place. 
We currently have a parametric program we use in WoodWop but how can I incorporate this to automatically populate in MV when a File Drawer is selected? Is it tons of work to make this happen?
