Material not found

Any idea why i'm getting this error?
The material is in the spec group material list as you can see in the second screenshot.
I even created a new one from the design data screen.
Material exists in the database as you can see in the third screenshot.
I've restarted MV but still getting the same error.
Material does not appear in work order either.
