I am wondering how other cabinet shops are handling material requests when you have a project that has multiple runs?

We use production Coach and do cabinet runs of 30 to 60 cabinets, and have been doing a separate material request for each run, and then purchasing adds up material from each run to create a master purchase order for the whole project.  Some projects can have 5 to 6 runs if not more on larger projects we do.

We are wondering if there is any easier way to do this, as we have had recent issues with some material being missed when combining the work orders for each run into the master purchase order.

I would love to hear anyone's thoughts and ideas on how they handle their material requests, and purchasing.  We definitely are looking to streamline this process.
