We're excited to welcome back Mel Swartz as Head of Professional Services here at Microvellum! 

Mel is a fourth-generation woodworker with over 20 years of experience in all phases of woodworking including, commercial and residential production, software integration, and organizational change management. He'll be leading Microvellum’s global service and support teams based out of our headquarters in Central Point, Oregon. Mel will oversee all stages of projects, from pre-sales scoping through to implementation, delivery, support, and certification.

In his tenure as a woodworking professional, Mel has successfully led software implementations, planned and executed change management, and has helped many Microvellum users across the United States to maximize their software investments. With a strong background as a Microvellum engineer, Mel will draw on his valuable cross-functional experience to accelerate the value Microvellum can bring to its customers.
