Hi everyone!
I am trying to program a a melamine frame door, actually modify the Solid Wood Door subassembly, to allow us to build 5pcs melamine doors in house. I have it almost ready to go but am stuck on the groove for the panels. We would like to use a 3 wing slot cutter on our BHX 055 to plunge into the edge of the door stile to machine a stopped grove so we miss the dowels, but am struggling to get this working in microvellum. I cold easily do this at the machine using woodwop but need to have it generated from the office for the guys in the shop. Any ideas how we could make this work? I have a tool in the tool file along with a profile drawn in the graphics folder, just cant get it to fly.
