Microvellum BSB 2026 Frozen except for 3D Viewcube

Can someone please tell why I am having such a hard time learning this Microvellum? Is it just me or the software still needs stability refinements? I spend more time trying to resolve crashes and glitches than actually modelling the cabinets.

The lastest issue is the softeware is frozen even after AI support help - disk clean, restart, run as admin. Nothing seems to work.

It started with trying to change the material of a tall cabinet. Nothing complex. Just one cabinet modeled. Standard, nothing fancy. The change of material crashed the software causing it to complete close down. Relaunching didn't work as there was another error of "no floating seat available". So I cleared it in network session in software management. MV manage to restart, I was able to select the library but the landing screen is frozen except the 3D view cube which is really odd because everything else is un-clickable. sigh.

Going into Windows task manager and end the session does close out the program but unfortunately, the restart ends in a frozen screen.

Have this happened to you or am i just going crazy?
