Job Title: Microvellum Engineer

Position Overview:
Must be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for woodworking and cabinetry. We're on the lookout for a skilled Microvellum engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes through the utilization of Microvellum software. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to translate project requirements into detailed plans using Microvellum.
- Utilize your keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the production process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with our lean manufacturing principles, leveraging Microvellum software to streamline workflows and minimize waste.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microvellum software and explore innovative ways to incorporate them into our processes.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microvellum software with a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Some what of background in woodworking or cabinetry, with a genuine passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to driving efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based at our Cleveland office. Not interested in remote at the moment or out sourcing.
- We offer a competitive salary of 60k-80k dependent on experience and knowledge, including opportunities for professional development.
