Job Title: Draftsman/Project Manager
Company: Nakamura-Beeman, Inc. (N.B.I.)

Drafting - Autocad- 2D & 3D
-Take customer plans and redraw for approval/submittal.
-Make corrections if required and resubmit.
- Turn approved drawings into submittal package suitable for permit issuance.
-Turn approved plans/drawings into detailed shop drawings and generate a
cutlist for fabrication and a bill of materials for purchasing.

Design - Sketchup W/ V-Ray
Take concept from customer or Principles, assist in the design process
and turn into 3D renderings for presentation.

Planning
Track current drafting assignments and production jobs through the process to
ensure on time deliveries.

Coordination
Work with Principles and co-workers to keep projects on time.
