Hello,

When we use report groups to save our work order summaries, sometimes the door swing direction and finished end columns will be blank. however, if I manually run the report, those columns will be populated. It seems to be unpredictable when and on which batch we process this issue will pop up.

 anyone know what could possibly be going on?
