I revisited my original post and decided to break up my discussion and focus on the Mortise and Tenon.

The multicolor item is what I drew in AutoCAD Solids and the "product is the single color. As you see the legs show the Mortise and the Facia shows the Tenon. Where in "Solid Analyzation" is the change to have the Mortise & Tenon show when the Solid is analyzed? Or do I need to add a tool for the router?

As you also see the "Product' not only removes the Mortise, the Tenon is deleted and the facia is short.

I will focus on the MITERFOLD after I have the Mortise & Tenon figured out.
