Move Dowel holes to centerline of part

I want to move the dowel holes on our drawers to the centerline of the part.

We use 5/8" for our drawer sides. The hole placement is 0.375", I'm assuming its getting that from 0.75"/2

I have looked in global settings and also the machine token, but I can't find anything that indicates how to shift the holes in the y direction
