Moving Prompts/Rows

I noticed our data is getting a bit spread-out in our spreadsheets and I am just wanting to move my rows around so I can start grouping my machining/hardware etc prompts next to each other to organize better. 

EDIT: Forgot to ask, just how can do that easily without breaking everything?
