Moving Rear Linebore/Shelf Pin Holes to Face 6?
We use thick backs, fully captured, on our standard boxes and when processing, Microvellum will flip the back to machine their rabbets and also cut the part out without having to flip the piece on the CNC. When a rear linebore is added to a cabinet, however, that operation happens on the face of the part so the rabbets now want to be cut on a Face 6 operation so the operator has to flip the part to complete the machining.
To avoid having to physically flip the sheet to finish machining, I tried pushing the linebore machining all the way through the back in hopes that it would complete both the back rabbets and linebore drilling on one side, but it doesn't work. I can't see a way to flip that linebore drilling since it's attached to the shelf or does anyone know of a way to achieve this?
