Multi-pass Tools Doing Onion Skin First

Hi All,

We've run into an issue a couple times now where our multi-pass tools are leaving an onion skin on the first pass on a face 5 panel, then the second pass plunges the remaining of the material thickness. It does not do this on every job so we're confused why it's happening. Can anyone let me know what may have caused this?
