Traction has become one of my favorite books. It's loaded with great content. My personal favorite is when he talks about how to determine who the right people are, if they are in the right seats, and how to handle the wrong people within your company. Jim Collins talks about making sure you have the right people on the bus and in the right seats in Good to Great - but he never really talks about the qualifications for the right people and knowing if they are in the right seats. Gino Wickman breaks it down and every company should take notice.
