Nailer Machining Turns off with Finished Ends

When finished ends are turned on with screw machining, the pilot holes turn off on the nailers, but all of the other pilot holes stays on. Can this be adjusted to turn on at the finished ends? We post laminate are cabs after we fabricate, so the screw holes are covered.
