We are having some problems with our Nesting and Sawing Optimization Reports not matching the actual tooling outputs coming from the processing station. 

I have attached a screenshot of the Composite.dwg file (this shows the actual milling output that takes edgebanding into account) versus a .pdf of the Nesting Optimization Report that is produced along with it. The Nesting Opt Report shows the finished dimensions ie: 23.125" x 32.5" whereas the actual milling dimensions are 23.105" x 32.5". 

This is a huge problem as it is causing confusion in the shop and occasionally the shop needs to manually cut parts by hand and the Sawing Optimization Reports are used as cut lists. Therefore it is imperative that our reports display part sizes correctly rather than finished dimensions.

This just started happening too... I do not know why either. Has this happened to anybody else?
