New Horizons Woodworks is a rapidly growing custom cabinet and architectural woodworking company specializing in commercial architectural millwork projects for healthcare facilities, schools, businesses, government buildings, and other institutional environments.

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Millwork Project Manager to join our team in Ashland, Oregon, USA.

This is an immediate opening for a full-time, on-site position with a stable and growing company where employees take pride in their work, support one another, and share a commitment to quality, accountability, and excellence. Our CNC-driven production facility utilizes industry-leading technology and software to deliver exceptional commercial casework and architectural millwork projects.

• Manage multiple commercial architectural casework and millwork projects simultaneously

• Oversee project budgets, procure materials, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

• Analyze project requirements, define scope of work, and establish schedules for submittals, production, and installation

• Draft detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD

• Process production engineering packages using Microvellum, including cabinet engineering, material takeoffs, cut lists, labels, and reports

• Coordinate project activities with customers, architects, contractors, and internal teams

• Communicate project requirements clearly and professionally

• Conduct accurate field measurements at active construction sites

• Track project schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation as required

• 2+ years of commercial cabinetry, millwork, or related industry experience

• Extensive knowledge of casework and millwork fabrication methods

• Experience managing and coordinating projects

• Drafting experience with AutoCAD

• Experience with Microvellum, WoodWOP, and/or other cabinet engineering software preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

• Ability to report daily to our Ashland, Oregon office

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites for field measurements and project-related duties

• Experience managing custom architectural casework and millwork projects

• Experience engineering complex architectural millwork fixtures

• 2+ years of project management experience

• Familiarity with AWI/WI standards

• Ability to travel to active construction sites to perform field measurements and project-related duties

• Ability to climb ladders and access elevated areas when necessary to obtain field measurements

• Ability to walk uneven terrain and navigate active construction environments safely

• Ability to occasionally lift and carry measuring equipment, drawings, samples, and other project-related materials

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing project management, drafting, and engineering tasks

• Ability to visually review drawings, specifications, and computer-generated documents
