No Valid zone large enough help..!!

Hi, 

I am trying to process a job to a flatbed CNC and the below message pops up with no NC codes?

It is working fine with smaller sheet sizes (2410x 1210mm) though.

I assume I need to change some settings in the processing station.

Could someone please guide me?
