I noticed after I 2D a part and add certain custom routes (Vcut)

When I update the part It isn't showing the true route however when I nest the part 

I can see the route and everything cuts as it should.

I have also noticed this sometimes when using the copy tool on panel/door profiles when I 2D them.

depending on the profile.

Any idea on how to correct this would be appreciated.
