millwork industry, and in the use of Microvellum to program products for
release to CNC equipment.
We are seeking an experienced in-house production engineer

an entry-level position and requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with
AutoCAD and associated tools, including Microvellum V7. The ideal candidate
should have a thorough knowledge of AWI Quality Standards and be able to read

responsibilities include drafting shop drawings in AutoCAD, performing accurate
material takeoffs, and preparing a buyout report for purchasing. The candidate
should also have experience creating a "Production Package" for the
shop and be familiar with woodworking technology such as CNC, edge banding,
doweling, clamps, etc. Moreover, the potential candidate should possess the
ability to operate woodworking software efficiently, enabling them to manage
project variables and materials, create custom products, and make necessary
adjustments to accommodate tooling requirements. The candidate must also be
able to create nests, generate reports, and prepare labels that are essential
for the production process. The ideal candidate will assume the ultimate
responsibility of ensuring timely and efficient production of approved projects
in the shop. Prior experience installing and/or on the shop floor will be
considered an advantage and looked upon favorably.
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with
experience and range from $60K or higher. We offer relocation assistance, as

work environment. We sponsor periodic company luncheons to celebrate holidays
and company milestones. We are committed to treating our employees well and
creating a family-like environment. In fact, many of our team members have been
with us for over a decade, and some retired employees still visit and attend
company events because they feel a strong connection to our community. As part of our commitment to our family, we
sponsor children of our employees to attend summer camp for one (1) week at
Sandy Creek Bible Camp (ages 8-18) every year.
