Outsourcing work to other cabinet companies that are also using M.V.

We are in talks with another cabinet company to do some work for them since they are over booked and we have some open production time. We noticed that we both use Microvellum. They have already drawn the job using their construction methods and hardware and the drawings have already been submitted and accepted. My question is, is there a way to use what they have already done to produce product in our shop without completely redrawing the entire project? Not to mention that if we redraw it, it would be using our construction methods when theirs have already been approved. Has anyone ever tried doing this? If they are willing, could i use their library and project with the material having been exported with it? Would i need their actual configuration and change the tooling on my end to match my machinery? The more I think it through it seems less and less likely that this will work but I am hoping I am looking to far into it and maybe someone has a fairly simple answer on how this can be done. Any thoughts?

What about exporting my tool files and sending them to them, then logging in remotely to one of their computers and running their data on my tool files for my machines? Their global file for tool numbers would need to be modified but they could setup a global file with our company name and save it for me to access.
